🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
Opened or used personal care products
Items not in their original, sealed packaging
Gift cards, sale items, or promotional giveaways
If you have concerns about a specific product, please don't hesitate to contact us at inquiry@essentialpalace.pk before making a purchase.
✅ Eligible Returns
We only accept returns if:
You received the wrong item with the evidence
Your product arrived damaged or defective
You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and still sealed, along with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
📦 How to Start a Return
Please get in touch with us at inquiry@essentialpalace.pk with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and issue
Your request
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Items sent back to us without prior notification will not be accepted.
📍 Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, return the item first, and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 30 business days. The refunded amount must be used to make a new purchase from our Essential Palace store.
